Procureit5 improves efficiency and reduces print costs by using software specifically designed for print procurement. Our buying team uses the software to automate bidding, to buy the print materials and to collect the data.
When a client has a new print project, the Procureit5 buyer enters the specs and project details into the system. The job is then bid to five vetted and approved suppliers. We have 100+ print vendors in our network. Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are tracked and monitored throughout to ensure that the quality standards and deliverables are met. Clients have the option of adding their preferred print vendors to the supplier network so they can be included in the bidding.
After the job is awarded to a supplier, a proof (digital or physical) is generated and approved. The job is produced and delivered. The tracking information and data is stored in the system by job number for easy client access.
Stock and custom reports are available online. Savings is tracked by job, month, quarter and year. Spend data by product type, category and department is stored for future reference.
Procureit5’s software integrates with SAP (Ariba), Coupa, Oracle, Salesforce and other procurement platforms to send data and allow for supplier catalog integration via open APIs.
